实测笔记Test notes
部分实测（完整评估循环需要 claude CLI 或 API key）。quick_validate 和 package_skill 本地跑通（成功打包出 .skill 文件）。improve_description、run_eval 会调用 `claude -p`，未测。附带发现：用它的 quick_validate 检查官方 claude-api 技能，报 description 1068 字符，超过 1024 上限。Partial (eval loop needs claude CLI / API key). quick_validate and package_skill ran locally (.skill produced). improve_description / run_eval call `claude -p` — not tested. Side finding: its validator flags the official claude-api skill's description at 1068 chars (> 1024).
