实测笔记Test notes

部分实测（技能效果需要 agent 和模型）。15 个 SKILL.md 全部结构合规；用 `npx skills add obra/superpowers -a claude-code -y` 可复现安装 15 个技能。README 里的 /plugin 安装方式未测（需要 Claude Code 登录）。Partial (behaviour needs an agent + model). All 15 SKILL.md valid; `npx skills add obra/superpowers -a claude-code -y` reproducibly installs 15 skills. /plugin install path not tested (needs Claude Code login).
