部分实测（只做了结构检查，内容需要 API key 才能验证）。skill-creator 的 quick_validate 报告 description 长度 1068，超过 1024 字符上限；在 Agent Skills 规范更严格的客户端里，可能被拒绝或截断。Partial (structure only; content needs an API key). skill-creator's quick_validate reports description length 1068 > 1024; stricter Agent Skills clients may reject or truncate it.
